Marketing challenge: A Connecticut-based non-governmental organization (NGO) needed an online tool to provide comprehensive, credible organizational information to donors and volunteers. Previously local fundraising collateral needed a broader perspective and branding that set it apart from other small NGOs.
Copywriting solution: Using conversational, donor-centric copy, the website takes visitors on a walk through CT Quest. Focused on benefits-to-visitors, content details the organization’s community-based programs, history, governance and finances and encourages participation with invitations to a mailing list, fundraisers, volunteer opportunities and online donation.
